Rex E. Jung, PhD
Rex has been retained for the last 15 years in both plaintiff and defense cases involving traumatic brain injury, electrical injury, toxic exposure, and other work-related injuries within medico-legal contexts.
He has been on the faculty in the Departments of Neurology (2003–2006) and Neurosurgery (2008–2021) at the University of New Mexico. He is now an Assistant Research Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico.
He has published more than 130 research articles across a wide range of disciplines, including traumatic brain injury, lupus, schizophrenia, intelligence, creativity, and genius. His research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health, the National Endowment for the Arts, DARPA, and the John Templeton Foundation. He has been on the “World’s top 2% scientists” list from 2020 - 2024.
