Experience, Knowledge, Professionalism

Our approach

At the heart of our practice is a commitment to provide evidence-based neuropsychological services that allow lawyers and juries to make informed decisions regarding any alleged injury to the claimant’s brain and/or behavior. Our team of neuropsychologists is committed to clarifying the presence, extent, permanence, or absence of brain injuries using reliable and valid methods and techniques. We are particularly adept at minimizing and refuting the influence of inappropriate (i.e., unreliable and/or invalid) techniques or claimant variables (e.g., malingering/effort, symptom exaggeration/magnification, etc.) not related to brain-behavior relationships in medico-legal settings.
